Returns Information

If for what ever reason; you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14 day returns policy.

Any item deficiencies must be reported within 72 hours in writing. Failure to do this will leave you liable for any damage to the item that may have been caused via courier or other rare circumstance.

This must contain the following information:
Order No.
Your Name
Your Address
The date the goods were ordered
The date the goods were received
A description of the problem

Once written confirmation has been received, we will contact you immediately to find a resolution.

Please note: If the courier is unable to obtain your item due to you being unavailable, you will be charged a £15 + VAT wasted couriers fee. This will be debited from your refund once the item has been received.
