Delivery Information

To find out when your item(s) will be delivered please look for the delivery information found on the product page. This is located at the top right of each product page and can change depending on the product you are looking at.

All our items are delivered by a specialist 2 man team. You will be contacted before your expected delivery date to arrange an appointment and a 2 hour window for your items to be delivered. Our delivery driver will give you a quick courtesy call approximately 1 hour before delivery is made, just to be sure that there is someone at home!

When your delivery arrives, our staff will agree a room in the house with you that you would like your item(s) taking to.

Once the items have been delivered, they will be checked for defects. We understand that delivering your item safely is of upmost importance. That is why all of our delivery vehicles are 100% equipped with protective equipment.

With a specialist team of experienced professionals, we can, if required, assemble goods to the highest standard ensuring your satisfaction.

Delivery is free for all orders over £300.00. A small charge may be made if you reside in any of the following postcode areas:
